Features: Ajuga forms a dense carpet of foliage and it is fast growing plant. This semi-evergreen plant develops runners that take root and spread. The root system is quite extensive and is an excellent product to use on slopes for erosion control.

Size: Leaves to 3-4 inches, flower to 12-inches on larger varieties.
Uses: Groundcover.

Comments: It grows well in average soil but will survive in soils with more clay or sand as major components.
